ILLEGAL STAY IN POLAND - LEGALIZATION OF FAMILY MEMBERS

Our Law Office was approached by a citizen of Belarus, who, due to his own mistakes, led to the illegal stay of his wife and 2 children.  As a result of a correctly conducted investigation initiated by our Office, the Mazovian Governor granted a temporary residence permit to both the citizen of Belarus and his family.

The applications were justified by the necessity of the family of the citizen of Belarus to stay in the territory of the Republic of Poland, having a centre of life, family and professional interests, as well as by the fact that the obligation to return the underage children to their country of origin would involve a violation of children's rights to a degree which would significantly endanger their psychophysical development.
