Attorney at law Andriy Dementiy

In 2018, he graduated from the Leon Kozminsky Academy with a Master of Laws degree. 

In 2019, he completed his studies of Russian law at Lazarski University.

Since 2017, she has been providing legal assistance to individuals, businesses and institutions, dealing mainly with migration law for foreigners from Central and Eastern Europe, Asia and English-speaking countries. She is fluent in languages such as Polish, Ukrainian, Russian and English

Since 2019, he has been an assistant lawyer at the District Bar Council in Warsaw.

In 2023, he was included in the list of lawyers maintained by the District Bar Council in Warsaw.

He worked with experienced lawyers specialising in criminal, administrative and commercial law.He has built a team of professionals who are also experienced in family law and employment law.

He is an ex officio defender and attorney in cases of:

1. acting as probation officer,
2. under the Mental Health Act,
3. defence of minors.

He provided pro bono legal assistance to foundations providing assistance to foreigners. As a result of cooperation with experienced colleagues and superiors, I gained a large amount of knowledge in criminal and administrative cases, mainly in cooperation with foreign clients. My familiarity with the culture and mentality of clients from Central and Eastern Europe and Asia makes it easy to establish contact and conduct business without any difficulties.
